It wasn't officially Cassie. It was a person with the screen name "itscassie" whether or not it actually WAS Cassie has yet to be verified.

I'm not sure though because Dr. Immant was also at the seminar and that's the doctor TFW is referring to in their videos and I know from an inside source that he will not be making another appearance (they were infiltrated) After the seminar things about said characters were left vague.
