You know that moment where you just want to grab a pair of scissors and run away with them?

First one, taken back in May, me and the ex. Sorry, it was late in the day and I was needin' a shave.
Next, gratuitous hot tub pic. This was back in Aug 2001, party in Utah. Sorry, that's not my hot tub.
And last, the uniform shot. This is me as a Lance Corporal a LONG time ago, Marine Corps Ball. Scrawny as I was, running 6-8 miles a day. I put on a few more stripes before I left, and since I've stopped running, I've added about 20 lbs....

No party as of yet. BK has to "work" (pshaw, whatever that is) and I have class in a few hours. What are you up to?

Wishing I was still asleep. I put my number into that national do not call thing, right? But we STILL get these odd calls from "Privacy Manager"? Whatever the hell that is?Flautapantera wrote:Mirage!Mirage wrote:Cripes, people, it's way too early (ok not THAT early but still) to be partying...*stumbles in and falls on the couch* Wake me up when someone either starts the Naked Twister OR bodyshots, please.

*shrug* There are a few others in the series. I dunno, gazing at navel lint? My lack of a smile is because I was concentrating on figuring out how to take pics with the webcam, not because I was unhappy. That came later.
Oh yeah, she may have been looking at one of the dogs. Here's the pic taken just before that.

Grrrr--I did that too! Really works doesn't it?
Stupid telemarketers. This foreign guy (his speech was so incoherent I couldn't make out half of what he was saying) calls and firstly announces he isn't trying to sell anything. Yeah.
Halfway through his shpeel about some kind of "survey" and something about "benefit the corporation," I said: "Sorry, not interested." And he starts shouting at me, "I'm not seeeelling anyting!" Over and over again. I just said thank you a few more times where I could fit it in and hung up on him.
He was my boss. And that was how I got fired.
Just kidding.
