Wha?
Ok, this may have been mentioned already- sorry.
I haven't been into te forum lately because fo finals.
So people are saying that this could be a trap for db/j/s.
But doesn't the order already have what they want?
They have bree.
What do they need them for?
What I would like to see is some actual help from this guy.
Im sick of the "good guys/ bad guys" bit.

Yeah, this may have been done before, but let's look at the whole "formula" thing. I think it's really its own monster and doesn't exactly fit other models, but there is a pattern. I used the LGPedia for video #s.
Phase one: Bree's Room! The first 65 videos basically take place in Bree's room. The formula consists of "my parents are so strict! . . . Yippie, my parents let me go out!" followed by "I'm excited about the ceremony . . . . humm, I don't think I should do the ceremony." The gimmick worked for a long time because Bree's so cute, but eventually, the whole thing got claustrophobic and the audience was starting to feel like a prisoner too.
Phase two: On the Run! On the run at Daniel's house, on the run at a hotel, on the run in the streets, on the run at Jonas's. I would argue that this phase ends with video 106, "Bree's Gone." The problem here was that we had sort of figured out that the watchers didn't really pose a threat. So, then the question was -- what are they running from? Why not just live there? In order to maintain a sense of urgency, they had to do something.
Phase three: Capture and Escape! This begins with videos 106-131. First, Bree's gone, so Daniel and Jonas go after her. Then, Daniel is captured and rescued.
Videos 132-158 are a sort of interlude. This includes Alex's introduction and development, which we've been told was an unexpected addition. This also includes the period where Jessica was separated from the boys. It was a really interesting time, but the plot didn't move much. Ironic, huh?
Next it's a quick capture and escape (159-165) followed by a sort of low point for the characters. First they go south, then underground (166-182).
Now it's back to capture, escape, run, capture, escape, run.

Rosencrantz: Another curious scientific phenomenon is the fact that the fingernails grow after death, as does the beard.
Guildenstern: What?
Rosencrantz: Beard. . . The toenails, on the other hand, never grow at all.

Probably the best plot summary I have seen since I've been here.
Sometimes I wish I never found this GD thing. I have been waiting a VERY Long time for SOMEthing to happen.
Lately, I have been thinking this is just practical joke. Like trying to see how long you can keep someone on hold before they hang-up.
The best thing I can think of is that at least it is keeping Youseff employed and practicing his craft. Oh, and the forum is often a great place to find new friends and learn lots of nice new crafts and songs and stuff...
There is this really cute boy here who calls himself Curious George. He is just dreamy!!! I loved those stories! He is such a rascal! Has anyone ever met him (or like talked to him on line and stuff)?
He has a friend named Milo - I don't think that's his real name but he sure seems really smart! His avatar is quite handsome. I bet he must be pretty old though - like maybe 30 or somethin'

Wow...I'd hate to see what Daniel would do if he ran into her mom!cosmicdancer wrote:I wonder if we'll 'meet' Bree's mother soon.
