There are definitely Lawyers or friends of in the writers circle of LG15 because they have made sure that the Order maintains a front of legality and the image that they wouldn't do anybody any harm while they stalk, kidnap, drug, and kill to achieve their goal while using whatever means they have to avoid having it traced back to them. You know, kind of like Lobbyist and Politicians.

One of the Creators is a corperate lawyer, Greg Goodfried.
