So, I'm watching tv tonight and I see a Hooters commercial. Normally I wouldn't have paid attention, but my husband said, "Hey isn't that the Spencer kid?"

Has anyone else seen this? It was a commercial shrimp, and I swear it was him...playing a really, short guy being ogled by Hooters girls.
