All the LG15 adults, including the parents, are hands-off, missing, dead, or evil. The theme (not a new one) is "Plucky Orphan Kids Save the World." I'm down with that, although as an adult, I suppose I could complain that we're getting a bad rap. I'm enjoying the story, though, so I'm NOT complaining.

ETA: The Mistress is the one adult I can think of that doesn't fit the above description.

I know people keep bringing up Daniel and Alex, but the difference there was that Daniel is 19. A young adult, but still an adult.

People are saying Taylor is 16/17, but I thought she was 15? A couple years younger than Sarah who is 17/18.

Spencer is 22. Grown and with a real job etc. I think Spencer and Taylor together as a romantic couple is v. v. SQUICKY!

Love them as goofy friends though!

Why do all the characters have to be romantically linked? Why can't Spencer and Taylor just be friends because they see common characteristics with in one another.
Ever since the infamous kiss every time a male and female character get close or share air time we all jumped to conclusions.
Personally I think Taylor and Spencer remind me of Daniel and Bree in the beginning, when they were just two dorky kids hanging out together. I miss those days, and hopefully Taylor and Spencer can bring some of that back into the storyline.

Well, people like romance; it breeds drama. I think it's important to remember that, for example, Sarah is (supposed to) be friends with Jonas, etc and so on . . .
There's plenty of friendship. We've just stopped talking about it.

As I stated back in a post for the last video, There is a good chance that there is going to be some sibling rivalry over Spencer before is all said and done. He is without a doubt smitten with Taylor and she is probably the first girl to pay him this much attention in his life but Sarah is capable of stealing his attention away just as she has done with almost every male on this board. All she has to do is play the same picnic and ice cream game as she did with Daniel and Spencer will be thinking like this:

Normally she wouldn't but I think she is collecting men to get back at her parents, she craves being the center of attention, and Taylor is slowly becoming that center with the present situation and getting him would be the way to stop that. I have known plenty of brothers and sisters that will screw over a sibling so it is not inconceivable. Also, couldn't the Emo thing be an act? She seems to slip in and out of it pretty easily.

Taylor was probably just having fun. Spencer probably thinks she's into him. Anytime a girl laughs, they're like, "Whoa! I'm the STUFF." hehe.
