It has been suggestion that heart is to be interpreted as
heart - <3
So greater than 3 maybe? I dunno. I'm an arts student.

Happy Late Birthday!!mourningbelle wrote:Oh lord, that Stars track is one of my favourite songs! Swoon. I can upload it for ya'll. I wish I could be more help with this one, but today is way too busy for me.. Aww. Plus, I think I would be in trouble if I stayed home on my birthday to solve a music mashup..

I don't think it can be tinyurl because there would need to be a letter first...correct? Unless the Stars - Heart does represent a letter.

Okay, well, the first bit says "put me together", so perhaps there is some sort of equation we have to do to get 1 number. Then the last bit is "I'll never be whole"...which means maybe what we need to come up with is not a whole number?
I'm just thinking out loud.
And once we get this number, I still have no idea what we're supposed to do with it.

Maybe the numbers aren't whole integrers but fractions: 1/5 for fifth symphony, 1/5 for please the fifth, 1/3 for third eye blind, 1/15 for the 15th

We thought that too Deagol...but Linc seemed insistant that we were missing a song, one which has "violins" in it. The 5th symphony certainly has violins in it.

Actually I went back to verify each of the songs against their originals and I could do that will all songs except for the "Plead the Fifth" song.
All of the other 3 songs checked out and had no other song blended in.
The only thing I could find for "Plead the Fifth" was this short sample from the VH1 website of the beginning of the song. During the clip you hear no sampling of the Beethoven song. You can hear a certain sample/melody that they use but it's not the Beethoven song. I know that this doesn't directly prove that Beethoven isn't sampled in the song, but it give a strong hint.
Until someone can find an MP3 of the "Plead the Fifth" song, we can only guess based on what I just said and the fact that Linc kept saying he heard violins.
