tryon wrote:Also, are there any Umberto Eco fans out there (that's what I say whenever someone mentions Dan Brown)? I read his books in English translation. Love the Name of the Rose (no, not the movie) and Foucault's Pendulum.
I'm a big fan, although I confess I've only read four of his novels: The Name of the Rose, Foucault's Pendulum, The Mysterious Flame of Queen Loana and Baudolino. And what's wrong with the Rose movie? I rather liked it.

I'm a bit obsessed with Rome...and some say I have an unhealthy obsession with Christopher Walken.

I didn't know anyone still remembered Reggie and the Full Effect. I thought that was one band who would completely disappear from people's consciousnesses when it stopped making music. Heh...

I'm totally psyched with the response to my jewelry...thanks guys! Today I am not as optimistic as I was yesterday..as yesterday turned out less than swell. But, hey it's Friday..that can't be bad. The flower of the day is a peony. The food of the day is caviar. Member of the day: Auto Pilate..becuase that dude is kinda sorta awesome. It's rainy today...which sucks for footwear. I always wear flip flops (it's Florida, come on) but flip flops do not fare well in rain...and I have very few closed toe shoes. damnitalltohell!! I'm having a fashion crisis. I miss my friends who are far away.
Me and my key...same as it ever was.

My current obsession is my Halloween party. Every night this week has been spent decorating for it. Plans are even being forged for next year's, which will be our 5th annual one.
