Smart lady! Whenever bf makes me anything I praise him like he just freaking came up with the solution to world peace. I find that psychology to be simple, yet effective.wintermute wrote:Well... Yeah! No good Chinese places around here, thoughMirage wrote:That is stereotypical male right there! Wifeys away so you live on McDonalds, Subway, pizza, and chinese.
Have you ever made her dinner before? You know, romantic candlelite and all that?
Yes, I've made her dinner several times I'm sorta good at cooking a couple of her favorites (or she's just being polite, and claiming they're favorites )

"OMG honey!! This is THE BEST LASAGNA EVER!!!" Complete with rolling your eyes and moaning (hey! wrong thread! ) like you're eating some high class grub from a 5 star restaurant.
Oh wait, you mean polite without an ulterior motive, huh?

I think I'm gonna plan something for Saturday, when the wifey is back... Not sure what yet, though...

Aww! Sweet! Just remember to include candles and/or flowers. Us women have a particular brain node programed especially to go off at the sight of either mood lighting or florals.wintermute wrote:Mirage wrote:Smart lady! Yes... The candles are at the ready My wife put so much into preparing for the party last Saturday that she feels kinda down now that it's over, so I figured what better way to cheer her up?Mirage wrote:Aww!
