Ooooh, a roast? And he's making? *boggles!*
There are very few meals that he doesn't trust to me and my lack of skills. Lasagna, roast, beef strogonoff. :D Not that I mind, believe me I don't! :D

He might be cooking....but guess who does all the cleaning, no matter if she cooks or not?

Hee! I'd love to. :) The box may be a wee bit soggy and the smell may not be so pleasant by the time it reaches you.

Saturday I made about 100 italian meatballs...mostly to freeze for my husband's future lunches...and they were tasty. I also tested a delicious caramel apple pie recipe for thanksgiving. It's a keeper!!!

Sunday I made a huge thing of sloppy joes, again a lot of it for freezing...and I tested an apple crumb pie for thanksgiving. It was different. My husband said it was the best one. It had raisins and walnuts in it...I wasn't big on the raisins, personally, but it was a very tasty pie, otherwise.

So, looks like I have two new pie recipes. Woohoo...also I'm going to make fruit salsa with cinnamon sugar chips for thanksgiving...but I didn't test that recipe this weekend.

Yummy, Kas! You're making me hungry...mwah. :?

Sloppy joes are super delightful. Do you make them home-made or use the canned sauce?

Pie. :P

I don't like the canned sauces so I make it homemade. It tastes different everytime, even though I use the same ingredients, haha. Yesterday's batch was pretty good.

I'll definitely post any recipes anyone wants! I hope to test out the fruit salsa recipe this week or this weekend...if the grocer's fruit look better than they did this past weekend. I loooooooove cooking and baking and always try something new...maybe we should start a recipe sharing thread!!

Then it's not worth sharing, is it? If it were worth sharing it'd be shared.

Aww, don't be sad. You just have to get used to my dry humor.
