So if Bree and Daniel can see Tach's videos, then they can see Op's videos, wouldn't Daniel have been too scared to go back to his house since there is cameras in his room, or at least have said something about the hidden cameras? It doesn't make sense.

We still don't know if Op's videos are uploaded in the fictional world. And so far, only Jonas has mentioned seeing a Tachyon video (unless Daniel's seen it now too; I wonder if he saw it or just Jonas' vid).
