Spencer reminds me a bit of my brother, in that he's really skinny and wears shirts that he pulls wrinkled out of the basket of clothes in his floor that are a bit roomy on him.
Except my brother wouldn't wear that shade of green.
Though I think Spencer is a likable dork,
I wish he was more willing to help, though I can understand his annoyance at getting a bazillion emails.
On another note, as I've complained before...can we have some plot movement in this series? Please?
This video wasn't anything but a brief introduction to Spencer, and the last few haven't been anything much either...

OH, gosh, you're right. Dad probably left important clues in Spencer's house. Are we going to see Daniel in another B & E episode?

Along those same lines, Brees dad seems smart. Isaac Gilman is a freaking scientist. Someone had to think 'what if something happens to us'. They knew they had to keep the stuff documented. It has to be
somewhere. Maybe the answer to this puzzle also lies behind a puzzle?
Or it could be the stuff in the box is all they need. That notebook looked full of stuff, maybe its a good starting point if we have nothing else.
I've been on the notebook train for weeks now lol, it's about time we SEE IT ALREADY!
Someone email Daniel and tell him to show the notebook to Spencer! Maybe he can shed some light on the "cute little diagrams."

Oh yeah, Spencer looks kind of like a young Keith Moon.
trainer101 you nailed it.. (and props to you for knowing Brit rock!!
)
Keith was one of the best drummers of all time, and you are so right... Spencer's resemblance is dead on.

A. "Last night upper level management fired me." = Just kidding
B. "GO DAD!" = Just kidding
3?. "I can't help you." = (Just kidding???)
D. "Stop trying to contact me." = (Just kidding???)
actually it was "first of all," "B," "three," and "D, last but not least." and somehow i don't think this video has coded messages in it. really. really really.

Woot! Now that you've brought it up, you're DEFINITELY not the only one wishing it. I'm jumping on that bandwagon.
I'm curious to see how this character's sit-com "give" meshes with the angsty atmosphere of the TAAG. Spencer's brand of sweetness seems to be at odds with the Captial "D" Drama that's been going on lately. It's even a different brand from the first LG vids in which Bree was mostly sweet and oddball. She wasn't comic, per se, and Spencer is. This oughta be interesting.

Congratulations, Creators!
You managed to make even the introduction of a new character boring as hell, embarrassing, and barely watchable.

Okay: Out of context, having read nothing, I LOVE SPENCER. Oh my god. I just want to squish him! And with his pretty green eyes!!!
*hearts!*
ETA: Good to know that I after eight pages, discussion hadn't moved past the level I was thinking on.

I enjoyed this video. It was a nice introduction of Spencer to the Blogosphere/Breesphere .... hopefully he doesn't start singing his eternal song.
I trust him. It normally takes me a while to trust new characters.
I just want to do some more detective work figuring out who he is and study his living quarters.
What is the picture above the fireplace of? I see trees and possibly a lake (Jonas's cabin perhaps?)
Why does his living quarters reminds me of Gemmas? Very simple and .. lot a lot of stuff.

Glad you guys liked him.
I thought he was a big ol' DORK. He seems like a cocky little f'er too. One of those nerdy guys who tries to be all witty and clever and it just comes out wrong. I think he thinks he's hot stuff. I don't like him.
Gahh, I don't like anyone on this show anymore.

Now haven't we seen that somewhere before?

On one hand my initial reaction is "yes, that's right creators.. constantly adding to your roster of vloggers will completely distract us from the fact that we have had no actual progress for a while now.. well done." and on the other hand...
I never could resist a boy with messy hair and dry wit. *flirts with pretty boy smartie pants on my monitor* Talk geek to me... I bet your harddrive is huge....

I liked this video. I know its just a filler/introduction video, but it really did tell us quite a bit. He's trying to be nice and considerate while telling us to leave him alone and stop bugging him. He and his father may have been close and had similar interests, but his father kept him in the dark regarding a lot of stuff. He didn't know about the mistress and he didn't know about his father's other extracurricular activities with Bree's father. His dad obviously knew the danger involved in what he was doing if he kept a fellow scientist in the dark. And I don't blame him for being irritated with us. He was a lot nicer about it then I would have been.

I like it and i like him. I dont think we should expect so much from his first vid or his character (yet anyway). I have great hope for this doofus.

Mesh directed this one, so I guess it is no surprise that it reminds me of the early vids that reflected his original Creative (dorky teen/young person) vision. I liked the fact that Spencer was encouraging people to stop e-mailing him and that he didn't think he could help, much less obvious than Joan's awkward first braggadocio vids.
The Neutrogena placement was not overt and handled well. I would prefer Dorkiness to cheezy sex any day! I am optimistically encouraged. Yeah!
