Yay new video...
People have been pointing out the shot thing, and why would her father give them to her and tell her they're good for her. Well, let's assume he does know what it is, and it's not all that terrible (certainly drugs to increase fertility have been suggested). If he told her what it was, her next question would obviously be "why?" And maybe that's the problem. He doesn't want to tell her why she's being given whatever it is (maybe it's to make her more tender!!), so he doesn't tell her what it is.
Also, as for telling her parents, I can see why she'd want to. I mean, our whole lives we've had our parents to go to first, the people who love us and raised us. But it's soooo forboding! I mean, nothing good can come of it. Even if they don't know what happens at the ceremony (as she said, although they could have just told her they don't know so they wouldn't be forced to tell her), it just means they're so indoctrined into this whole thing on blind faith that they aren't about to let two teenagers convince them they've been wrong for so long.
Bree should leave now with Daniel! Nothing good can come of talking to her folks!
