Marbella wrote:ooc- Since we don't have anyone to play the doctor character, we can pretend he visits you later and I can read the "clinical report" about your visit a while later..LOL.. We won't hospitalize you or anything.
OOC - Is this the "Daniel" Dr. Beckett. I think Chantal would like it much better if it were the Daniel Dr. Beckett.
Or William Beckett of The Academy Is... in a white coat....Hot.

OOC- marbles, you can play the doctor as well if you want, instead of writing "Ms. D." just write "Doctor"

OOC- Ha,all the time. Happens with my calves, too, because sometimes in my sleep my legs cross.

ooc-one of the original rules of the game was that we can't play two characters. I'll write the clinical report now though, OK?

ooc- oh okay, it's just that... there's a huge plot hole, since Jo was in the room to protect her from Ms. D and the doctor, and then you already have the report.

I responded to a call by Chantal's teacher, Ms. Denderah Divine.
The patient is a young, slim, attractive girl who has made a recent somewhat superficial suicide attempt. She has cut her wrists, but not deeply enough to sever her arteries. However, I have treated and re-bandaged her wounds.
Upon initial meeting, patient was asleep in her bed. Her friend Jo was watching over her. He stated concerns that the patient would go to the hospital. He also stated he was worried to leave her alone. When the patient was initially stirred awake, she was extremely resistant to speaking with me.
She was somewhat hostile, crying and even slurring her words a bit. She seemed oriented to place, time and situation, however. She denied any visual or auditory hallucinations. She promised that she was not still suicidal. She contracted with me that if she felt suicidal again, she would call me. I gave her my number.
The patient cannot be hospitalized at this point, because she has not expressed future suicidal intent. Her level of psychiatric acuity has diminished. Therefore, she was left to sleep. Her friend Jo agreed to keep watch over her and to call if any problems arose.
