(WHY) BEA EPHORE VU ELEVON YUKO OR,
(HOW) DA NOYERS OH OU DAB KIL POOL OR.

I mean like this...each sentence amswers one of the questions
I don't think that's what it is, because on her profile, it says
Who
morse code
and then the what, why, etc. The way she formatted it with the morse between the who and what makes me think the current clue is for "who" only.

I agree.

If it is an anagram for every clue, I might drop out at some point :-(.

This game needs some variety.

First line is Tell me tell me tell me the answer...

Logically, it follows the next line would pose a question. Unfortunately, all five question words can be spelled with the letters in line two, so this doesn't narrow it down much.
Buy based on the fact that it is under WHO in the profile, I think we should assume WHO?
Edit: Perhaps even WHO IS?

Ok, I didn't really think that one through :-P
To rhyme with something ending in "er" the 2nd to last syllable should rhyme as well
answer, bouncer, cancer, censor, chancer, chaucer, grocer, lancer, nurser, racer, saucer, sir, slicer, tensor, ulcer, wincer

Did we ever decide if right here above you is an anagram, perhaps a code like codes into serapis?

It may refer to the image on her profile. It's the clip where you can see the highlighted text. It may just be refering to the video
