Oooh, yes, very creepy... it sounds right though... with the "he'll take it with a single phrase" in WHEN, it sounds like the evil preist is taking her (we assume Bree's?) virginity... and if the mother giving birth is indeed "WHY" then it's to get her pregnant...

Guys, two of the three poems have been almost completely solved using Kelrast's "divide the rhymes" method. I think it's a success. I will keep updating here. (I finally found a skill related to Cassie cluesolving that I'm good at - compiling other people's information.)

Here's what I've got:

the evil priest will make the bed
HELVETE PI TRIS DA WEB HE MEL KILT
while the victim nods her head
WELCHE HI MIT VIT DA SHED HERON.
DEBUCHES NON OS, LOQUETAIT TOTO,
once shes bound, too late to quit,
DA SHELFS EH NELLS HI, HATELESS SHITS TIPL.
... flesh, athiests spells hit
HABLERA SHEKEL TEL DA DE HUTINS TRINS,
DEDIE HE RHES SLIT DECEDE SHED HI SIR.

DA SHELFS EH NELLS HI, AS HE LETS THIS SPLIT

For the first part of line 4, it's coming along tough -

"EH NELLS HI" could be "HE'S IN HELL" or "SHE IN HELL"

none of it's coming together for me though...

DA SHELFS EH NELLS HI = His flesh shall need

DA SHELFS EH NELLS HI=

hell feels his hands
sensed half his hell
hell has selfish end
senses half hid hell
his flesh shall need
as flesh shed in hell
as hell end his flesh
he ends all his flesh
a hell send his flesh
half held less he sin

The first half of the first line:

HELVETE PI TRIS DA = This tip revealed

??

hell leaks breathe it hissed and turn
