Is that anything like Call of Duty? I got the 3rd one for the BF for his birthday and he's been playing it constantly.

It's an individual game, and it's for the PS2. It's an action/adventure game, like PoP if you've ever played that.
Oh the PS2, that's why I didn't recognize the game. I'm strictly a PC gamer. I spend a lot of time and money keeping my PC souped up, so I don't get over onto the other platforms.
Tricking out the PC is kind of a hobby that is also tax deductible. I can't see explaining to the IRS why I needed a PS2 for my business.

Not sure, haven't played Call of Duty. It's WWII fighting in France, etc.

LOL! Good luck with that.
Most of my PC gaming is old skewl--VERY old skewl, 1980's-1990's animated adventures (think Sierra or Lucasarts), but I do every so often fall into a pit of obssession with certain games, like Diablo (1 and 2), Morrowind, or The Sims (1 not 2)...
And now I wanna go play games. Ack!

If crackerjack hadn't mentioned the foreign exchange students...I'd think he was my dad after this gaming convo. He's the right age...

CoD is WWII first person too, AND I believe it's mostly in France....he plays online against other folks though, I've never actually seen the story version.
I personally cannot grasp shooters at all--I fail horribly.
