I was shocked when I started seeing Ziola and all her fun posts, because I knew she was op, and they had mostly come across uptight.

I was sick of the constant "and how many hours have you spent trying to decode a puzzle?" as if I wasnt' good enough to help.

Guys, I know there's a lot of frustration in your posts, but please don't call people shitheads or such. Instead of griping about not feeling wanted, how about suggestions for how to feel more involved? Or, if you feel you aren't welcome in any area (OpAphid or otherwise), maybe a moderator (or Operator in the OpAphid area) can help! Sometimes the mod/op just needs to know there's a concern.

If you do need to vent, please use a PM. While everyone is welcome to their opinion, we don't want other users to feel influenced by someone's bad experience or to foster an "us vs. them" mentality.

I know, from my experiences, the Operators want everyone to feel welcome! So if there's a way they can do that, they want to know!
