Just leave your friend in the car and tell them if they see you coming back quickly they need to start the car and get you two out of there. hapinkylee wrote:but i cant take anyone right? like..if i wanted a friend coming just so i dont ~dissapear~ or something? im not not sure if im what they are looking for but im down!GregGallows wrote:Go for it! It'll be a blast. Show up early, but dont get to the meeting spot right away. They specified not to be late or early.pinkylee wrote:alright so i got the email, and i live pretty close to sherman oaks, and it feels crazy that i actually want to see what the deal is with this 'hymn of one' business.
ive been following the lg15 videos and etc for awhile now, and im sort of tired of waiting to see where its going!!
advice?? its very welcomed...
And I definatly agree with SARAH, Bring a camera!
It would certainly help keeping them more like real people.The_CW wrote: Exactly! Or at least get on the forum, or something!
you might be able to have someone go with you to the meetup, but when you actually go to speak to the Orders represenative i'd probably go alone. I'd take a printed copy of your e-mail too, just incase.pinkylee wrote:

Too true, too true.LittleChickie wrote:It would certainly help keeping them more like real people.The_CW wrote: Exactly! Or at least get on the forum, or something!
They've carried cameras and did stuff before. Darn it. LOL If that's the case we better get some damn good videos soon. haGregGallows wrote:Too true, too true.LittleChickie wrote:It would certainly help keeping them more like real people.The_CW wrote: Exactly! maybe there busy kicking opaphid butt?
and they responded:I would go but I'm in Washington State. I will come if you provide
me transportation.
Thought it was worth noting they mentioned a seminar at a later date. Perhaps if this goes well, there will be more events. Which means that, although many of us aren't getting the opportunity to participate in the first event, we may get the chance in the future to participate in events that take place in DIFFERENT parts of the country (or world!).Unfortunately, that is not a possibility. If you are not able to come,
we thank for your interest in the Hymn of One, and hope that you will be able to attend a seminar at a later date.

The Hymn of One
(edited to fix errors and to put the emails in quotes)
That's what I am talking about. People who hear about it, and think it might be cool, but have no idea about the series. How many people "heard" about the Hymn of One auditions through friends, but have no idea who Bree, Daniel or Jonas are?GregGallows wrote:I get a feeling that most of the people who show up are gonna be locals who heard about it on the web.
Most of the people with real ARG interests were kinda thrown off by the short notification and location.
I think its just trying to make us pick sides, see who wants to play for whom.
Which means that theres gotta be something for those interested in the resistance.
(what time is it?)
Even still, I'd think that even if 200 people showed up, if they couldn't provide proof that they were on the original list, they'd be turned away. That's what I am talking about.
