to be fair, there's this guy in England who's memory is only 7 seconds. however, he remembers his wife and how to play the piano (playing the piano is the only time his memory can go longer than a few seconds)
so maybe vlogging is more important than her first kiss.

Not really, it's quite common in memory loss for people to have problems with their declarative memory (knowing facts of who what where and why), but no problems with their procedural memory (knowing how)
This was a great video, it reminded me of the film 'The Craft' where Nancy goes crazy and evil towards the end of the film.
