Seriously... I want to see a Daniel vid. I think the creators are creating a monster: we're all getting kind of frustrated with the pace of the story, so we need a faster delivery system/pace of videos to take up the slack.

With three "characters", they should be able to step-up the video production to at least one a day.

If they bumped them up to one a day, I would never get anything done. Yall would end up watching me in that TV show Intervention.

It's a necessary fiction, because otherwise Bree and Daniel wouldn't post videos, they would just talk on the phone, and the whole show falls apart. It's also not too unrealistic: go talk to a random person over 30 yrs old - chances are they've never seen a LG15 video.

The operating fiction of course includes complete deliberate ignorance that it IS a fiction. So Bree has no idea that Jessica Rose appeared on Jay Leno, and never will.

I don't know about that. I am 40 and most people my age where I live know who LG15 is and are avid watchers. It's just that most of them don't post, just watch.

I'm over 40 and also came to lg15 via the news. When I mention lg15 to people I know (of whatever age), they just look at me blankly.

It gets embarrassing.

She doesn't say she will be posting a new video tomorrow. She says Daniel is coming over and she promised she won't let him read magazines in her video.

So, she implies they will make a video, but only comes out and says that Daniel is coming over tomorrow.

Just chiming in on the age thing: I'm 36 and found lonelygirl while browsing youtube. It was the day that the news broke that it was a "fake". Talk about a rollercoaster! In one day I went through finding this cute girl, strolling through all her videos for hours, and then stumbling across posts that she was a fake. Of course by then, I was hooked!

But I do think that many parents are not watching their children's videos on youtube. You have to assume that Bree's are not watching, or they would have put an end to Bree and Daniel long ago, not to mention turning DB in for B&E.

When kids are homeschooled these days, most of their lessons are done on a computer. Bree's parents may just trust her not to go anywhere on the internet that is harmful. But for the sake of the story, if her parents watched the video's, it wouldn't be much of a story.

All our home computers are networked and we have a security system to where I can log on to my computer and watch what is going on my kids computers, I can even take control of their mouse from my room. I have had to block alot of sites from them denying them access- like the time my then 15 year old son downloaded so much porn, it crashed his hard drive.

I guess what I am trying to say, either her parent's trust her with her computer or it is just a matter of being part of the storyline.

I doubt that Bree's parents know what she's doing online. I don't remember what video it is, but one day her dad walked in and Bree mentions to the camera after he has left "Wow, that was close, good thing my dad doesn't know what a webcam looks like / is".

I doubt that if her dad doesn't recognize or know a webcam by sight, he would be sophisticated enough with a computer to track her habits online.

Weren't Bree and Daniel packing for a trip (the caption in the LGPedia jokingly says "Mexico")? How come she's home all of a sudden?
