Sounds like the perfect opportunity to teach her that people can't always get what they want when they want it.

Yeah, get her an Owen instead!

Everyone should have an Owen!

Have I ever mentioned what an opinionated, obsitinate and LOUD little person my daughter is? And that she has a mind like a steel trap?

I would love to get her an Owen, but she'd tell me to take a long walk off a short pier.

Her and I have HUGE battles already and she won't be 4 until Dec.

My life is really gonna suck in the coming years... :cry:

she sounds SOOOO much like my cousin. I totaly understand. but something i learned but only makes your life harder( you probably already know this)
you don't want to let her get her way if she talks toy ou like that. she sounds like a boundry tester. give her any ground and she'll keep pushing........ not htat i'm a parent. just something i noticed when i was an nanny.
Its like a puppy you have to train them when they are young or your going to have a heck of a time when they are older..... girls are the worst hahaha

Trust me, she is constantly losing her battles with me. My classic line as to why she, or her older brother has to do something sums is up;

"Because I'm the mommy, I'm mean, and I said so"

:D

Some of my most horrid memories growing up were saying "But it's not fair!" to my mother and hearing her reply, every time, "Well it's no circus either!" Oh, I so loathed hearing her say that. I promise never to say that to my kids! I'll think of something equally annoying! ;)
