Maybe Cassie is Jackie Paper, and Bree is Puff, trying to keep Bree from growing up. Maybe this ceremony in Bree's religion is the official step to womanhood from childhood, like a Bat Mitzvah. Maybe it's innocent on Bree's end, but Cassie is stompin' mad, and it all just feels this horrible to her like described in the poem.

But Bree described the ritual as one that doesn't happen often. Something like a bah mitzvah would happen fairly regularly.

I like that Jana4 - and this is all really just a kiddie story (the Manson photo was just Peter Pan getting mad)

Look, if you are going to keep hinting, let us know why...give a reason other than your gut. I mean, my gut says they are...so, ya know.

well, I said it elsewhere so I didn't want to repeat it. In my opinion, Daniel's reaction to Bree's Cassie questions are evidence that Cassie is real. I think he remembers her. That smile he makes wasn't a "you so silly" kind of smile...it just...he looks like he knows who she's talking about but doesn't want to discuss it for some reason. And, I don't think Bree would have 2 personalities without being aware of it. (yes, I know that does happen) but it just doesn't fit. She would have displayed strange behaviour at some point and her uber-protective parents would have had her at the shrink in a jiffy.

plus...with all this r.i.p. talk, I'm pretty sure Cassie is either dead...or was almost killed.

Or if their religion rules their life, maybe they would have a "ceremony" to fix her. Just a thought.

I just think it's really interesting that you're so sure.

Trying to lead us off the trail, maybe? Stop us from at least exploring the possibility?

It does fit in with the poem. It's not a totally wild theory. Why not consider it?

Um, it's quite common for on personality to not know anything about the others...and for one of them to know about at least some of the others. If the Bree personality acts normally, that's no idication that there still couldn't be a split.
