What I've tried that hasn't worked:

Caesarian Shift - NO
Every third letter in song lyrics - NO
Capital word anagrams - NO

I've tried taking every third letter (Forward and backword) in the long string and doing Caesarian Shift... nothing.

Sorry, I should make that more clear.

Caesarian -- used the key "3" and the numbers from the note on the drop.
