it's in queen wilhelmina garden in golden gate park at the base of the windmill, in a planter to the left of the doors, down a few stairs.

I live in Davis, just West of Sacramento and am waiting eagerly to be able to assist- however I am a High School kid, and thus cannot go far.... Waiting for them to visit us NorCal kids....
