Hmm. LG15 has had a lot of similar references lately.
I wonder if that has anything to do with the timing of the last story arc concluding and the lull as of late.

Things that make you go "hmmm..."
totally made that song stuck in my head.
I believe the refrences might jsut be to keep our minds fresh. They know we look for clues in every video. And this maybe their way of "playing" with us. There might be subtle hints in these refrences, but I think they may only elaborate on the clues we already know about...
but who knows i have a tendancy to be wrong.

I mentioned this in the video thread, but I thought I'd add it here too. In the same video as the Point Break reference, it's possible that Daniel was also referencing HBO's Entoruage - one the main characters on the show is Ari Gold and one of his most know quotes is "Hug it out, Bitch". So when Daniel says that Jonas gets misty eyed and they hug it out, I think it could be refrencing this show. Has Entourage ever come up before?
Edit: The wiki on Ari Gold is

I saw Point Break a long time ago and the big question around the movie is (well, for those who wanted a sequel), did Bodhi really die. We assume his died after he "surfs" the wave.
Now, Daniel refers to Jonas as being like Bodhi, but not a surfer or bank robber. So, I guess that is suppose to reflect the whole being in touch with his emotions, which I guess kinda makes since. What does make more since to me is the practice of Bodhi Tree that loosely recognizes death leads to rebirth.
So, although someone is "dead" they come back in another from with a new name and story, but they are still in touch with there past life.
Also, Jonas and Daniel seem to be getting really close kinda like the whole Utah and Bodhi relationship.
Yeah this is prob. way to deep and over analyzed, but it is my first shot at all of this.

This may be completely irrelevant, but it kind has struck me as strange.
The music in the videos focuses on the words "what time is it?" Maybe that makes reference to the decoder rings that were made. Said decoder ring was made up of times that surfaced in specific times in the list of movies.
So maybe there is a connection there?
Then again, there may be no significance. That's one reason why I haven't done anything with this game. I prefer the side lines watching all of you have fun with the work.
You all do an excellent job!

I was thinking the same thing! I thought earlier that it could've been a signal - like "Tag You're It" but then it slipped my semi-lurker mind.
But, the fact that it is now part of the Investigate the Order tags - I think it might be something. Any lines in Point Break like that? I just went through IMDB for the memorable quotes overview. There are alot of occurances of the word time. The only one that looked right to me was:
Bodhi: "Little hand says it's time to rock and roll."

That's interesting. And something to look at. Little hand is hours... soooo... lemme think. Maybe we should give that a closer look?
I swore I was out...

I know I said I wasn't gonna get in here again, but I hate to stand by idle while you guys suffer for the answer:
Brother keeps mentioning "language lessons." The code wheel works both ways. Has anyone tried sending him a coded message? Perhaps he's paranoid and won't answer any message not received in code.
I hope this works. I so want to see you all happy again.

That's just crazy enough to work!!!

Well, here's the thing about that. Brother would need the Key to solve someone's message, wouldn't he? How would you slip him the key?

Doubtless, Tachyon would have already done so. Why would she set up an elaborate code if it wasn't meant to be used as a form of communication?

But we had lots of keys, didn't we?
I'm not trying to invalidate your theory, I'm just trying to understand! Honest!

I see. The decoder ring from the Lovelines puzzle. It has been used to decode messages, but no one that I am aware of has attempted to code a message to Brother using it.
Please pardon me for being abrupt, Panda! I am not trying to insinuate that you would step on my theory! I really do feel genuine affection for everyone involved, but it is painfully difficult for me to even be in this thread.
