O.k. now i will add my two cents into this.

I like this series because of all the reasons that have been said and it can all be summed up in one word:

INNOVATION

There is nothing like it in the movies, on T.V., even on the internet. And there will never be anything like it for years to come. Look how this series started out. They were just simple blogs posted from an absolute nobody girl whom we all thought was real and had NO IDEA how big and popular she was gonna get and how DRASTICALLY those simple blogs would evolve into a supernatural suspense thriller with as many viewers as a television show (almost daily i might add!) that kept its viewers on the edge of their seats by slowly and i mean slowly trickling out in two minute clips every other day for over six months. Just compare how sweet and innocent and low-key her blogs were in the very beginning before there was even a story to them to how dark and disturbing and suspenseful and deep the show is today. It's basically a psychological horror right now for poor Bree. She witnessed her father murdered after being on the run for months from this terrifying cult that wanted her for a blood sacrifice. Finding out her parents weren't even her parents. And all of this on top of not having barely any friends her whole life and being so freaking sheltered. God knows what else she knows and what is going on in her head right now in this creepy moment as they drive up to those mountains to try to get to this stranger's house that Daniel is at for some strange reason. Bree is so messed up in the head now that she has apparently developed a defense mechanism to be able to pretend and perhaps believe that things are 200 percent better then they really are...and videotaping this life of hell for the world to see is apparently therapeutic for her. A bizarre bizarre story. Sure it's has it's up and downs but that is due to it being in real time! You can't expect non-stop action to be happening every day now can you? Now THAT would make it TOO unrealistic!

And that's why there is nothing else in the world quite like it!

Which is why i enjoy it! :)

From all of us,

We have poured our hearts and souls into this show. It is so nice to read an amazingly complimentary comment like the one from Binvolian. We are so happy you enjoy experiencing LG15 as much as we enjoy producing it. Thanks.

I enjoy this show because this is almost the ultimate end of all our evolution of information technology so far. What I like best about it is the ultimate power that is being revealed by The Creators.

And now a true Internet-based television show. This is among the first of those who seriously utilize the Internet to broadcast video to the world, and the first I think to hit mainstream news. It won't be long before we begin to see even more online Internet television, and this is at the forefront. :D

I like that it is like a good book and a "reality" show at the same time. It gives me the metaphoric references, and the desire to learn more about certain aspects like great books do. I have to admit I have learned a lot chasing down clues since I started watching this. It also gives me the drama and the characterization that I get from my reality show obsession. Perfect fit, I don't have to feel stupid while being addicted.

Also I like the ingenuity. I feel like the Creators are not afraid to exercise their creativity, which is not a given in this day and age. I like the interactive aspect too, how often does that happen? I mean seriously, Mark Burnett, while very good at figuring out what people will watch, doesn't actually llisten to what we do want to see.

Finally, I like the forum too.... Sometimes it's a train wreck, which feeds my inner need for drama, and sometimes I marvel at the fifty thousand names we have for rose and that it does indeed still "smell" as sweet.

Edit for typo and Mark Burnett thing.

I LOVE the drama, and I applaud the Creators for NOT making this into a "Hollywood" movie. I would probably not have watched it and gotten hooked (maybe that is a BAD thing, considering the amount of time I have spent reading the forum ).

I think at a later time, it would make a good movie however. Just as long as it is an independent and not dictated by some Hollywood movie company machine.

i like the flexibility. the story can change on a dime, and it makes it fun to try to keep up. i like the fact that it lends itself so well to fanfiction. we could keep this universe going forever if we wanted to. i like the fact that it keeps my attention, when so many things do not. i like the fact that it brings together people of all ages, from all parts of the world and makes us interact with one another.

I agree with epogen.... The videos are almost always surprising, and part of the reason is that the Creators are not afraid to avoid the Hollywood action cliches in favor of some nicely observed human moments. Jonas unable to sleep in the same bed as Bree, for example - a recent favorite moment of mine.
