Not at all. In fact the very phrase "delusional reality" is an oxymoron.
delusion: n. an idiosyncratic belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically a symptom of mental disorder.
reality: n. the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.

I didn't say an oxymoron couldn't be real... although to say that an oxymoron can be accurate shows me that you have no idea what the word means...
I merely pointed out the flaws in your argument with a careful application of a standard English dictionary.
However if you are implying that, say, Bree or Tachyon are the ones who are delusional, I completely agree with you. They are delusional for believing that they can escape Op just by throwing toys and minor distractions at her.
