"free will" seems to be ESSENTIAL to the ceremony, whatever it is. Bree chooses not to do the ceremony and all this stuff happens around her but not TO her. She offers a trade (presumably letting herself be a part of the ceremony) and the Order is more than happy to comply. whether or not it's coerced, it seems CRUCIAL that Bree "chooses" to do the ceremony.

Ye I see some truth in this.

If they're supposed to be protecting her, they're doing a pretty weak job of it.

I still think that guy looked way too creepy to be a goodie

I also think they are good. They make themselves visible. Just sounds like a good theroy to me.

But they also
watch. Sounds voyeuristic to me.

They make themselves visible, yeah, but that doesn't mean they're good. They are like stalkers and they obviously know that Bree is afraid and/or annoyed with them, but they make no attempt to tell her what their intentions are.

Wouldn't Tachy tell her that the watchers where good though? So that Bree could concentrate more on avoiding oppy instead of just the watchers.
And if their intentions where to help then I haven't seen them helping yet?

Imogene, the signature is just too funny, and the avatar is cool.

If Tachyon is sitting there saying they're bad ... they are.
Plus why would we say a group of people who dare shot a dad infront of his child is good? That to me screams criminals.

You trust Tachyon?

Basing your opinion of the Watchers on Tachyon's opinion isn't really a good way to go about it. She has her own agenda regarding the Order and all thats associated with it and her view is slightly skewed.

did you not read the second part of my statement??
that was pure evil and bad what they did to bree and her family...
also the fact the take girls from their families literally just for a "ceremony"
what part of that does not ring bad?

As we can see sides have been chosen.

Who says they "take" girls from their families? We have no proof of that. For all we know, it is a great honor for families in their religion and when approached, they willingly give their child up.
Tachyon herself is no saint if you'll recall. There is the little matter of dead Gemma as well as her "babysitter".
