Are the ceremonies every 12 years?
Tachyon, a couple of years older than Bree, went on the run young when her sister was tapped for the ceremony. The spacing may work. 12 may be a mystic number for the order.
That reminds me. At the end of October in "They Disappeared..." Gemma revealed that it had been about 11 years since the ceremony with Tachyon's sister. Maybe this means the time is close for Bree's?

				From the wiki on Naunet
In Egyptian mythology, Nu (also spelt Nun)...
Nun in Phonecian
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nun_%28letter%29
From the snake heiroglyph. It's like a lightning bolt and looks like it's in the OpAphid logo

Yeah, good job, tigerlilylynn. That must be it. I guess we're finally starting to find out where these symbols came from. I'm hoping it will all add up to an indication of what the Order believes in and/or wants.

				Bear with. Possible tangent here.
Also on Naunet's page
"He is depicted with upraised arms holding a "solar bark" (or barque; a boat). It is occupied by 8 gods; with the scarab god Khepher standing in the middle surrounded by the other 7. Other groupings include Nun & Naunet, Amun & Amaunet, Heh & Hauhet, Kek & kauket"

are people thinking that the files came from the package? because thats not the case.
Remember, these files are meant for bree. These files were given to Bree about what she is to the order, and why she is so significant to them (I believe she discusses this in Rescueing daniel)

This was posted in the other thread. I hope he doesn't mind that I'm dragging it over here.
(By the way, reasoning for new thread: The old one is 37 pages. People aren't going to want to wade through all of it and could miss some things that are important.)

I'm half Greek, so maybe I can be of some use, finally. So far, I've only been stumbling around since I'm new to this whole thing.
I don't know if anyone's already translated "semantikos" but it means "important" or "significant."
I've tried to decode Tachyon's message from Hex, but I'm not getting anything. As for the discussion of Theta, has anyone considered the link to the word "Thelima?" It struck me when I first got into LG that Thelima was written, in Greek and begining with theta, at the bottom of the video page. Somebody mentioned Poseidon, and, with respect to that, it could mean "thalasa" or "sea." It could also mean "Theseus" who, according to Homer's epic, blinded Poseidon's son, the cyclops. The cyclops, as we all know, has one eye. I only mention this because the eye seems to be a reoccuring theme with the watchers, the eye of Ra, and so forth. Hope at least some of this was of help.
Best of luck.

I don't mind at all! Thank you. Also, sorry I didn't do the nifty white box thing. I'm not sure how to.
Best of luck!

I want to say great work to everyone who solved something or contributed again. By the way, just so there's no reason Daniel doesn't know about all this as of tonight, I've added what's been figured out to the in-character section of the forum.
