Try with the last word as "WASTE"

Is it possible the first word is "OVERSHADOW" or "OVERSHADOWS"

I don't know if that fits with he beginning/end rule but it almost looks to me like it could be that word on the picture.

She mentioned Frank, so I think the word "he" or "his" will be in the last line. Maybe she is giving Frank a message but he won't listen or doesn't understand so we need to tell him what to listen for or ask what she has said to him?
