Haha, actually, my first thought upon seeing that video was "Haha, we have Daniel now!"
It totally made my night, and gave me something good to think about on the long flight back to school tomorrow.

Okay, I'm late with this, but I live in Illinois and can give some info on the DL.
Illinois DLs are not laminated. They are hard plastic, kinda like a credit card. They don't have SSNs on them (at least mine doesn't). Restrictions would be where corrective lenses, etc. would be listed as a single letter (B = corrective lenses). They do use asterisks when there are no restrictions. Apparently the COR listed under Type on the fake has to do with the class of the license. I have a Class D and the type is ORG. My husband has a Class A (CDL) and the type is COR. The background of the photo on an over-21 license is supposed to be blue. On the back, there is a space to fill out for organ donation and it lists the DL class and any restrictions. There is also a barcode kinda thing on the back.

Thanks daydream. It looks like the COR thing under the restrictions was something that just didn't get changed when Mr. Beast converted the movie DL to one more appropriate to his particular situation (the movie DL was a Class A, while Daniel's is a Class D).

Grasping at straws here but:
Looking at the #s on the lisence hoping that they have any significance at all.
License # - P142-5955-1770
P is a 7 on the phone key pad so replace the P with a 7 and you get:
(714) 259-5517 is a land line based in Santa Ana, CA
The registered service provider is Pacific Bell**.
Detailed listing information is not available
But that leaves an extra 7 and 0 at the end that you'd have to drop off which wouldn't make sense unless...
Really grasping here but:
If you called the # and got a voicemail menu maybe you could follow the prompts by pressing in the 7 and then an 0 to get a specific extension?
Anybody local to Santa Ana think it's worth a shot to try calling? I know it's a long shot but I thought it was weird that the first thing I tried revealed a California phone #.
