Maybe they're trying to use subliminal messaging
XD
That's only in the YouTube upload. They're doing it for the thumbnail (the frame that appears exactly halfway through a video becomes its thumbnail on YT).

I'm glad so many other people felt like this video was an OBVIOUS trail of breadcrumbs. I was like... WHY ARE YOU TELLING THEM WHERE YOU ARE GOING?
PLUS! Who was Jonas calling? Does he have a staff at the cabin to turn the heat on?
I really hope that the creators are not seriously painting these three characters to be so stupid that they would run to a secluded spot and lead the "scary" order after them.
*finger crossed*
They did it intentionally.

Lurker wrote:[The sequel to the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. That's got to be it. Jonas has expressed knowledge of - if not downright admiration for - it, and he, Daniel, and Bree are now heading to a location that any one of us could probably even find, mustless an organization with the Order's connections, especially after they filmed all the scenery, and especially after Jonas said it was a cabin that belonged to his parents, and especially after he used his cell phone.
None of these were stupid moves. They're too stupid to actually be stupid. They must be deliberate. I think they're leading OpAphid or her operatives into a trap. Hell, they practically seduced Op to come .after them with all the scenery, the phone call, the statement that the place is secluded, etc.
A trap. This is a plausible theory. They certainly seem to be going out of their way to lead
someone to their location without seeming obvious about it.
After Daniel confirmed that the Order tracked him down by his cell signal, I hope it's a trap - or these guys are dumber than we thought. The Order confirmed Daniel bowling hangout by the ID - but had already narrowed down the area by cellular signal triangulation.

Lurker, wow.
I see your point, it's a very good one. You're right when you say these moves seem almost too stupid to be stupid. They must have some motive for being so careless, it has to be some sort of plan. I notice Bree and Daniel do get after Jonas for using his cell phone, but we've seen Bree actually angry many times before and this time I just didn't feel anger when she told Jonas to not use the phone. It must be some sort of trap for the order, theres no way they'd make such foolish mistakes now.

Thanks for commenting on my idea, you two. I'm glad the connection of those dots seemed plausible (if not sensible) to more than just me.

Exactly. After "The Human Ransom" I've begun to have faith that they aren't such dimwits after all, and I would be very disappointed in them if they proved me wrong on that now.
I won't believe they're being idiots here unless they/one of them gets captured/killed and the series goes to its final episode without someone ever saying "It was a trick."

Very good point. Bree was almost mockingly calling attention to it: "Jonas, I told you you can't use your cell phone. *points camera directly at her face* Jonas... just used a cell phone. *smiles inticingly*"

I'm glad you agree with me on that, Lurker
. I watched that part over and over and somehow it seemed like she was taunting, without trying to be TOO obvious.

Okay? Thank you!!!
If this wasn't intentional, they are doomed. If the order doesn't get them, they will surely suffocate from forgetting to breathe. They certainly could have made this entire video at the very least without telling us that they were headed to JONAS' PARENTS CABIN! The Order was just outside Jonas' house. If I had Jonas' address, I could certainly find out where other properties were that were owned by the SAME PERSON! How hard is that? A determined eight year old could do it! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that when Bree told us that she knew what she wanted to be when she grew up, it had something to do with being a LOT more like Tachyon, and a LOT LESS like they appeared to be in this video.
[/end rant]

ok.. no way in hell im reading through 11 pages, but extra super odd video. jonas is creepy. but id still let him hit it.
ok i read this last page, good info good ideas guys, now i believe as well it HAS to be a "trail of breadcrumbs", they must actually be going to a house on the beach or something.. they can't be that stupid.

The certral question raised by this video seems to be,
Are they stupid?
Will this question be answered or will it become another loose end?
Edit: I'm just kidding, I am also assuming they have a plan.

It's not like we really care about the location, but.... no, all mountains don't look the same. Snowy mountains+California+lake=Tahoe. Period.
On a personal note, because I'm kind of knowledgeable when it comes to mountains: they are all different and really specific. Of course, if you live in the midwest, you don't know what I'm talking about.
or big bear, or arrowhead.
