Um...since it uses the word "Orderites" (which is something that was made up here) on the page, I would have to say that it is FanFic.

I think it's FanFic. No reason in particular except for what Ziola said, and it doesn't seem very LG15ish. (lol) The pink rainbowy background seems off.
