I've decided to try a flat-iron steak. Has anyone ever had one before?

My parents treated me to a nice restaurant in early joint celebration of both my sister's and my birthday. I had lots of champagne and indulged myself in the chocolate buffet/bar. And then they brought out chocolate cake with candles. And roses. And chocolate-covered strawberries.

Ay carumba! I is full.

I KNOW! I was pleasantly surprised. I was lazy so I just did Montreal steak seasoning on it, but I definately want to get it again because it would be perfect for fajitas.
