It really was, especially considering the price, which was less than 4 dollars a pound. For that cost you'd think it'd be tough and flavorless, but it was exactly the opposite. Yum!

I'm making.....hmmm....actually, I think I'll pick up a pizza tonight. I fried chicken last night. My cupboards are officially bare and I just don't feel like going to the grocery tonight.
