It's pretty similar to a funnel cake type thingy...you deep fry them. They are small. You use this pretty 'rosette' shaped metal thing, dip it in the hot oil and then dip it in the batter. Then you dip THAT in the oil and the rosette shaped batter slides right into the fryer. When done you sprinkle powdered sugar on them.

Doesn't she just use a regular stainless steel mixing bowl? If so, then no - have all I need. If no - then yes (I just can't turn kitchen gadgets down!)
