I don't think so. He didn't physically lose his ears and eyes and mouth, he lost the senses.

But if we weren't supposed to count each appendage separately, why would they say to take quantity into account?

I just listened to Down In It again. How many times did we have for "Down In It" being said in the song?

I think that might be a lyric site answer--the song has it more times and a double mention at one part.

Quantity suggests quantifying those though. Hence 2 pieces for each.

I think that sounds right. You got the ones at the beginning of the song?

Yes, I did. I found the 12 and have been going through the rest of the songs. Still screwed on some (and don't even ask me to attempt K)

For It Takes Two.

What if any 1 means you count one, uno, and anyone (each instance) but not the part that says "ones?"

That is if you take the instruction literally.

I think we've crossed that overanalysis point where we're overlooking things.

Yeah, I relistened and I still got 12. But he says "down, down" in a few places right?

Down, down isn't the title. But "Down In It" is. We had 8 before, so 12 is the right answer after listening.

Damn lazy people who only went to the lyrics sites! Screwing us up.

My brain is starting to get fried. I went with one for I, since the Number 1 is only mentioned at the end when he counts

"1,2,3 Get loose now!"
