I totally agree about the jealousy thing. Personally, I like Sarah, but honestly, for people to say "oh, you're just jealous" when someone states they don't like her..thats sooooo idiotic. Considering the way she acts, its completely understandable for some people not to like her. Seriously, even if you don't like her, and so your opinion is different than mine, you're still entitled to it, and I'm not going to scream, "JEALOUS!!" once you state it.

To me it seems like most people have a relationship with Sarah where they either love her or hate her. I don't see many people in between. I for one, am though. Some of the stuff she does annoys me but other stuff leaves me laughing so hard I almost fall out of my chair.
i.e. " That's his favorite part"

Btw: we neet an emoticon that has a smiley sitting in a chair, laughing and then falls to the floor and starts rolling around laughing. That would be perfect!

I'm against the Sarah<3's Daniel not Sarah.
I thought Sarah was funny in this. (She's defiling P.Monkey!)
It was also cute to see the Taylor Sarah conversation.

Theory Idea Alert: Sarah is staying in Bree’s room at Jonas’s house. Perhaps she has some secrets stashed away in there, remember she did’nt leave her room for a few days and spent alot of time in there many months ago with out coming out. Bree could have written lots of notes, and everything she knows about the Order and the Hymn of One, or even names and places she could recall form childhood or something.

I also agree with alot of you here on the boards that Tyler's and Sarah's parents might have something more to do with the plot development... I just cant figure it out yet.

ITA on the P. monkey thing, she/he DOES NOT belong w/ anyone but Bree, it was sooooo WRONG!

I have nothing against Sarah myself, but I sooooo did NOT like her w/ P. Monkey!!!!It was "dirty" somehow...LOL.

I'm right with you. I don't love her. I don't hate her either. I think she is a good character for the series. What I don't get is why are the girls screaming, "You're just jealous" because another girl doesn't like Sarah. I didn't see the guys on here doing that when one didn't trust/like Jonas. I thought girls were supposed to be more mature than boys?

I'm unsure what conclusion you drew about me (though I'm guessing it was "Lurker's blinded by his adoration"

), but I don't think this video is comparable to a similar one from Bree. Bree's been a character who's been doing solo video blogs for almost a full year, and someone who we know as well as we're ever going to by this point. We can know new things about her past, but her personality we already know.

Sarah, on the other hand, we're still getting to fully know. This is actually only her sixth or seventh appearance (counting her off-screen appearance in "Opening The Box"), and her very first solo vlog. This also shows us her reactions to the situation with Bree, which is something we didn't already know. It's also an opportunity to tell us more about her, or allow us to guess more about her.

For example, several people have determined that part of why she's not so gung-ho about going to rescue Bree is that she's jealous of the distraction Bree's being for Daniel right now, or jealous of his past affection for Bree. Others have commented that her reaction is just generally realistic for a person on the fringe of this kind of situation, and that Sarah is, in many ways, the character most grounded in reality.

The video provided general character exploration for Sarah, and a little bit for Taylor as well. In Taylor's case, it disspelled some beliefs that she wouldn't be into anything promiscuous, and it also put her in a hypocritical light given how she insulted her sister recently.

I think there's a lot to take from this vid. Certainly Sarah's humor and the great shots of her cleavage are something that can also be taken from it, though, and I've taken generous portions of both. Taking those bits doesn't mean the video didn't serve to do more than that, however, or that it didn't do far more than it would have if that vapid lilin known as Bree had been the one to make the vid instead.

So I know I'm about four pages behind, but . . .
Re: the whole maturity issue and family dynamic
1. I'm 24. I graduated both high school and college and I am definitely still not mature by any real definition of the word. I mean, I have a job, I pay my bills, I set my alarm clock at night. However, personality-wise, you will probably never find me on the Mature Club VIP list. I could list all of my maturity-related personality faults, but I will save you the reading time.
Maybe that's just who Sarah is. Which brings me to
2. I think one of the (big? small?) reasons we all watch LG is because it's not "Leave it to Beaver" with Cleaver-style family dynamics. So the girl took off. Presumably (even if she hadn't graduated), it's summer by now, which is definitely a good time for crazy kids to have adventures. Now, granted, the Sarah/Taylor dynamic is a little formulaic (we've all seen it before), but it's Family Fun New Millenium style. Family dysfunction is more our generation's style than not. So it's more realistic.
Plus, they need the drama to last until there's more real story.
I'm done. I'm pretty sure I'm about to get fired for lurking around the forums all the time, so . . .

Well said Renegade. Porn sites go waaay beyond cleavage...I think it's easier to stare at the nearest woman's neckline.

Also, I do hope we actually get to see some romantic interaction between Sarah and Daniel, not just sexual tension and innuendos. It seems like the creators are leaving it to our imagination... and that would suck. Reality isn't PG.

Personally, I dislike Sarah because she's being a clueless brat. Jealousy has nothing to do with it, and I'm getting tired of people saying that. Honestly, I hope something happens soon that makes me like Sarah more, and (hopefully) makes Sarah a little more aware of how dangerous the situation is.

That said, it seems to me Sarah is being portrayed the way she's written, and it does take guts to write or portray a character that some people are obviously not going to like. For that, I commend the Creators and the actress.

That may mean tomorrow. I picked up somewhere on the forum that some people were selected to come meet up on Thursday by the HoO in California... That is today,... so things seem to be winding up.

Did we ever figure out what TCC is? I think it is in California what ever it is. And Daniel and Jonas can figure out the blue stone part once they get the location.

Then comes the question, how are they going to help her? Hopefully those answers are in the box.

I didn't hate this video. I don't hate Sarah. I think she's um... an attention whore, but that's about it. Her past as a cheerleader is not in any way a good thing to me...
I covet her teeth. I am not a lesbian. I think she's cool. I am not emo either. I would never emulate her in any way, because... I am just not like that.
I did notice her cleavage, but I expect that from people who have already shown their ... lack of moral fiber.
I understand her situation. She took her dad's side. In her mind, her mom is the bad guy.
As the younger sister of a brother who left home and never looked back...or even let us know he was alive...
I applaud Sarah for keeping in touch.
When my brother came back last year from a 9 year absence, I was ecstatic - so was my mother. But we had a broken home when he left, and now everything is different. He like Sarah believed my mom was the bad guy. I think the rebellious stage he went through cruelly affected our family, but that doesn't make it non-understandable.
I also think that Jonas was sarcastic in his comments about how fun Sarah is and how she "entices" Daniel. I don't think Daniel responded positively, but I do want them to get together. I think those of you who wish her to be a plant are cruel.
My first thought upon seeing P. Monkey was "Why does she have him?"
and I do think he was poorly treated, but I don't expect anything better from her.
It was hilarious when she was pretending it was Daniel...
however wrong that may have been... again I don't expect her to be a better person.
I hated her for about five seconds in the last vid when she said.
"I am the order and..."
but that ended when she said "To make you my personal slave."
Overall, I don't think she's bad for the series.
