Has anyone ever had little lumps that are painful around or behind their ear or on their scalp?

Nooo....can't be that. It's a different kind of pain. I had a lump between my jaw and ear yesterday and it got to where my eardrum feels like it's going to bust...then this morning I have one under my ear and one behind it...and a few more on my scalp but only on the right side. It hurts so bad. Even just the movement of my hair hurts and I couldn't even put makeup on because the right side of my face hurts to the touch.
