Ok. In regard to the argument over fps for bullets, and supersonic speeds. (Only high powered rifle bullets break the sound barrier, not handguns, so... but that's not my point)...
In the vid, I do not believe that the bullet broke the lens, but rather the fall to the ground.
It is possible then, that the bullet struck the Chaser, prior to the sound reaching them, and his forward momentum carried him forward a couple of steps till he stumbled and fell, striking his camera (head mounted / eyeglass- cam / handheld / or otherwise) and breaking the lens.
(This would explain also why no blood or other splatter is viewed on the lens.)
With the proximity of the San Bernardino/San Gabriel mountains in the background, and the many foothills, the most likely place that this chase took place is just South of Victorville off of the I-15, but North of the Cajon Pass.Gidget wrote:

I tried really hard to narrow down the location, but the only other distinguishing features in the video are power lines and mountains.
I tried!

If this is true, then they would have fled quite a ways before being caught, or did they flee on foot from a facility in the neighborhood/area?
Also, the last verified location of Link from dehteraew was Los Angeles, so he is close (closer than his earlier posts, in NoCal).

The vids are pretty good. his characters anti order and the creators did have him on as a guest on the live show last week.
That would be cool!
