I'm sure someone already did but just in case I just PMed Daniel and told him what was found and what everyone has been saying he should do. I gave him a bit of detail as to how you all solved the puzzle too. Hopefully, we will get a new vid back quick
You can call me Meg, Megan or Megs Or whatever you feel like lol

This intrigues me. Upon further investigation, I broke down the numerical order, trying to decipher some sort of code. I had to skip this summer class I was taking, but the results, I believe, are meaningful. Each number corresponds to a letter, or must be disjointed and reconfigured to have an alphabetical equivalent appear. Thus, with a little elbow grease, time and care, I have found a secret message (hat tip to taylor for inspiring me):soccerstar wrote:Hey everyone,
I know you all are working hard on the note, so I wanted to see if I could help. Besides the "Love, Dad" there are only eight lines in the note. It seems really weird to me that some of the lines have full sentences and others have only a few words. I went back and did a word count and a syllable count for each line. Here is what I found:
Word count:
5
10
18
13
10
2
12
11
Syllable count:
6
13
25
15
15
3
13
39
This seems interesting. Not really sure what to make of it yet.

Hmmm...Sarah is saucy! It's a good thing we have confirmation of this!CaptainAwesome wrote:This intrigues me. I don't mean this to sound like I'm trying to boast, or get in on being clever or anything, but I swear to you, I thought about collecting syllables.
Now, the reason I didn't was thus:
I didn't really understand what I was supposed to do with the letter count.
And seeing how you are all so so much cleverer than me, I decided to not say anything and to let someone else do it, especially after the failure of my first real theory....
But anyway, well down Impulse!
It's fun that you've all done it really. I can start looking things up (if there is anything to look up)...

Seriously. But great job, Taylor, and everyone else of course!JellyFish72 wrote:All the good stuff happens while I sleep...
So the camp play. Wow. So they've got to track down either the location or the recording of the play, I guess. I think it's important to note, though, that we might not know exactly which play he means. Chances are, of course, it's pointing to the more recent one, which took place off-screen that Bree and Jonas talked about in their vids, but he may also be referring to the one that happened the year before, with the Mayflower. Right? Or am I just over-speculating?
Whatever happens, I think, will probably be revealed in the 200th video. But maybe I just think that because I'm becoming obsessed with speculating about the 200th video. Sorry.
As for the other possibility:
Hmm. Is "Sara is sauce" and Soylant Green is people... Okay, that's kind of gross. Sorry. I couldn't resist.CaptainAwesome wrote:the message is:

O_O!!!
*smacks head on desk* *repeatedly*
And here I thought I was a clever puzzle-person. Good job everyone, even to those of us who were all like "nurr" on the puzzle and totally off. We had some good ideas!
But of course an especially big mazel tov to Taylor and Impulse. I bow to your puzzle solving prowess..es! =D

Hey Daniel, btw, thanks for sending the note and giving us the opportunity to help. It was a nice team effort. Props to Apo for coming up with the periodic table. Taylor did help a lot, that's for sure. Everyone did actually! Personally I'm just happy I got to beat Deagol with the final touch on that one!
That being said, It's your move now buddy! You have to think that the camp play was a key element for Bree's dad in his last note to her. That could save her. (I guess )
What does that mean? We don't know. You're the only one here with all the elements of the puzzle. I believe you might have to go back to Bree's house and/or retrieve that vid you shot of the play.

The second time he was asked, but he did attend a previous year and film the camp play.Chelseyrl wrote:Umm... I thought DB said he wasn't going to film it, but that he was just going to go... so I don't think there is any footage of it to review but it has to deal with the location...
It's official!! I'm getting married September 28, 2007!!
