The shot of the empty bathroom is when Daniel has the camera. It is a corroboration of Daniel taking the camera, not proof against! Keep in mind, he's hiding from the same people that Bree is hiding from.If Daniel took the camera, why is there a shot (after the disconnection) of an empty bathroom with the alarm going off? And why would he stop, hide behind multiple bushes, and zoom in on Bree? And the fact that the bathroom camera didn't have the "spotlight" (I don't know the technical term) effect that the second one has.
Pus, I don't think Bree would just continue running, while a lot would say that it's a "save yourself" situation.. Bree hasn't let her own welfare stop her from checking on her loved ones. (Her "father's" apparent shooting)
Bree learned from the encounter with her dad that stopping can be fatal. Again, it corroborates not disproves.
