I see where you're coming from, but because Jonas didn't force her into anything from what we know, he isn't technically raping her.

if I were to take those definitions literally.. I can get into many arguements with you about technical acts of sex.. like if she was drugged up and passed out (i.e. in a coma/dead), he had his was with her and she never knew about it.. or if they were a mentally retarded person who didn't understand that what someone would be doing to her/him is not right, but they go along thinking it's just ''playing''... then it wouldn't be ''physically forced'' but more manipulated and therefore would be ok, because it's not technically considered.. rape?
this is what I meant... Taking advantage of someone who's not in the right mental state... It's just as bad... if not to everyone else... then at least to me.
