More ads?

Sure. I don't mind them.

My question, though, is who actually clicks on these kinds of ads?!
If you notice, the ad bar is strategically placed directly under the "Lonelygirl15 Forum Index" link. I've already slipped and inadvertantly clicked on a couple of ads in the short time they've been placed there.

Nice strategy - a bit annoying, but I'm sure it works!
You made a wise choice, Bree.

Thanks, Samara. I sent this to the Creators, and they apologized and said they're looking into it.

For those who don't know, Google's adsense service targets text ads based on words that show up on the page. So it's easy to see that even a completely appropriate conversation with certain words could result in something ... questionable. The web guys are looking into how to keep these types of results from coming up, and in the meantime, please disregard them! Thanks!

I've done the same thing...

You're welcome BK, I saw that one and laughed. Obviously, it was picking up words in the conversation and it made me laugh, but I can see how the ads could be inappropriate.

A video about child abuse from spain, or a video about a child from spain being abused?

Given that our beloved TAAG has not so long ago abducted a little girl, is producing videos, and Jonas recently had sex with a certifiably insane minor, it's not all that surprising stuff like that pops up.

And actually, all those complaining and familiar with the more "darker" side of the web should be happy it doesn't target the million instances and variations of "beast" scattered here...

I actually find the new ads a lot nicer than the old ones that were on here. They are somewhat entertaining to read too. I'm glad that they don't distract from the post. Nice job!

This is one of the ones that was moving. I'd block it but it would block all the google ads too and I want them there to support the creators.

Please please not the ones that make noise like on myspace. Or the lovely seizure inducing bright flashy ones.
