I saw in this thread: Has video response been diabled? that there seems to be a problem with the main page response videos thingie...but since that's a wee bit too complicated for me (it goes beyond having an on and off switch), I'm not the one to ask about that...and, unfortunately, I'm not the one to ask WHO is the one to ask about that one...

The Cs messaged me back about it, but they just said to click the main page. I've messaged them informing them that the main page hates my safari AND my firefox 
and just linked them to the movie. Hope that works.
