but isnt what we loved about brees vids is how usually none of them are boring? shes usually happy and silly and bouncing around..
maybe its just me but i was kind of creeped out by her video. the way she talked, she seemed slow and like she was putting on a false front. like shes scared to say what she wanted to about the ceremony.

Yeah, I think toad's (I think it was him) idea that she may have been drugged is a good one. She did seem to slur her speach a bit, and look so out of it...

I hate to admit it...but you're right.
the sinister-cult-sub-plot is being advanced sooooo very slowly. at the same time, cute quirky videos (ala Grillz, Daniel the Neanderthal, Proving Science Wrong) aren't being posted.
Both of the things I watch these videos for have come to a halt!
However, I haven't lost faith in the LG15 team...they'll pump out some winners in the near future. they've got it in them.
This was exactly what I hoped would not happen. My thought was they better not have dan out in the bushes filming and not really see anything and then follow it up with Bree saying "The Cerimony was great mep mep mep" If you like this show great. As for me I think they either only have one idea (which is why we never get a payoff because if they have nothing new to go with if they finish one story) or they really don't even know where they are going with the religion story.
They tease that they will go some where dark with all this and don't. I said along time ago on one of the youtube posts that they will have a hard time keeping an audinece because they originally attracted a pg crowd and then started to tease they were going some place dark with all this.
Now it seems like they are unwilling to go either way. The continue to stay all teen drama while having this strange satanic cult thing hanging over it all. If the creators actually read this I ask of you to actually give us something. I understand the need to keep people wanting more.. i really do but something like 10/12 which had the crap hyped out of it needed to have a payoff.

I don't know.. Bree ever since she publicly started talking about religion, ONLY talked about religion.. and the ceremony... and that's all that we get to see..
So it's like, if the makers are just going to focus on the religious aspect, can't they at least make it worthwhile?
I agree with what someone else said- if it keeps going at this pace, I may find myself losing interest rather soon.. We *never* get anything interesting or new lately.
I'm not sure what to think about all this. On one hand, damn that was anti-climatic! On the other hand, it seems like freaking us out on the 12th would be too easy. I'm guessing they'll do the horror movie thing, u know...when you think everything has chilled out the super freaky stuff happens. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
1-The creators have an overall plot that they have not departed from. Their plan never included the ceremony being a huge dramatic turning point, so even though fans wanted it to be huge, they didn't deviate from their plot to make the ceremony a bigger deal. If this is all true, then the negative is that they aren't genuine in their "promise" to let the fans influence the plot; but at the same time, the positive is that they have a bigger plot which is so good that they couldn't let excitement about the ceremony derail the bigger plan.
2-The creators don't have any overall plot and are just winging it. They went with the ceremony filming stuff because fans wanted it; they didn't take it to the next level because they are waiting for the fans to tell them what that next level of the plot is. The plus is that fans really are writing Bree's story; the minus is that no one is ensuring that there is an overall direction and a satisfying resolution on its way. That would explain why the storytelling is starting to feel so wishy-washy.
If I'm right and these are the two options, I vote for #1. I would rather be told a good story than muck around helping tell an aimless story.
And if I'm wrong, cool. That means I'll be surprised.

I thought The Creators have said before that fans heavily influence the story. Like Daniel and Bree weren't supposed to have any kind of love interest in each other, but fans wanted it, so it showed up... So I think it's a combo of the both. They've got some definite plot points, but the fans can sway a little too.

Everyone recognizes virtue, only because of sin." -Lao Tzu
Because I'm a fan...I want to better articulate my dissapointment.
I hope TheCreators will accidentally read this.

This is more than just "OMG This sucks! I'm sooo dissapointed there wasn't a bloody sacrifice!" I didn't expect all that. I figured oct.12th would just lead to more questions. I can forgive the anti-climatic nature of the ceremony.
2.
the problem is...these last two videos have added Nothing in terms of narrative.
we learned nothing new. we met no new characters. we don't understand our current characters better. and we have no further developments.
everything we saw was rather obvious.
there's just no progress...not even slight progress.
3.
In addition, there's no effort put into making the individual videos entertaining anymore. I understand that you are using the "vlog" format...so you think it might be weird to have Bree trying to entertain us.
But if you watch real-life vlogs like TheWineKone and Paytotheorderofofof2, you'll see that real vloggers are aware of their audience...and put effort into entertaining them. They try to be funny...they have drawing contests...anything.
4.
sure, there are subtle clues....but the subtle clues can not comprise the WHOLE of what we are watching.
I have no motivation to investigate the subtle clues...if the narrative isn't going anywhere.

You guys are talented, I know you can put out some better stuff!
