I don't know what relaxes me. @.@

Maybe just a whole lotta down time...time to sit at home, exersise...do what I want to do. That helps. Going at my own pace instead of rushing around.

In all seriousness, curling up with a good book relaxes me to no end. I just forget about anything and everything going on and zone out. :)

Baking stuff and making candy relaxes me. My husband knows that if he comes home to a multitude of baked goods and/or candies...it's been a rough day for me.

Having someone bake and make candy for me would be very relaxing. And fattening! :D

Yeah...my husband has gained a bit of weight since being with me, lol. I try to bake healthier stuff, now...but...well...
