Yeah, I am liking trainers theory that Jonas was recruited by Bree's "father" only to find out that he's been working for the Order by mistake.
Though I guess I'd have to wonder why he didn't spill that info when he saw Bree's dad and realized that it wasn't the same guy.
Maybe fear of being tied to a chair and accused of being part of something that he really isn't a part of? Oh....

okay.... im gonna sound redundant but here....
jonas says he lost his parents when he was 12.
bree never met her real parents
jonas is 19 and bree is now what 17
a two year age difference is not that much.
and when your two you wouldnt remember crap.
he also went to psycotherapy. it could have been to help him cope with the fact that his parent wanted him to have a a younger sibling but the order wanted differently.

since bree is a girl and by her supposed religious backgrounds, its kinda of a female dominant role in the order so jonas was left to his own devices.
so to accept the theary that jonas and bree aer in fact brother and sister is higly likely.
