BK, your statement is inconsistent with statements earlier in this thread. Could we hear from whoever split the thread, whether directly or not, about whether the posts were intentionally moved to the Rubbish Bin or whether that was an error? I don't need to know the name of the mod who took the action -- I would just like to know whether the action was deliberate. If it was, I think that mod should step down. If it was accidental, I'd like to know that too.
LL, there's been private discussion amongst the mods regarding the splitting of this thread. I can, in good conscious, tell you that the mod who sent a portion of the discussion to 'the Bin' did so in error. There was no conspiracy to censor any voice.

Thank you, trainer. I trust you (even though your sig says "Trust No One").
Sending the posts to the Rubbish Bin was really unfortunate, given the level of tension on the board these days, but if it was a mistake, it was a mistake. Thanks for letting me/us know.

My pleasure. You know if there was any kind of conspiracy, I'd be all over it.

The only conspiracy I'm aware of is DanielBeast's plot to make the series no longer PG13 with Aunt Alex (at least until the latest video), but that probably belongs in Plot Discussions

Vicious rumor! He did quite well keeping it PG-13 with Lonelygirl362436.

*gasp*
It is a rumor...quick with the splitting and the locking!
(geez, all of a sudden I feel like a bad british TV show parody)

I am totally horrified at all of the locking, deleting and moving of threads. I have never in my years of experience on the net seen moderators clamp down and show obvious bias. WTF!?

Censorship is a huge problem around here. Especially when you can start a thread and have it sucked into the void within half an hour. Want to talk about cover up?

For my part, there is never any bias in the locking of threads. I feel bad about it every single time.
As for censorship, I don't believe anyone's opinions aren't being heard. We simply ask that the sharing of opinions be done so in a civil manner. If it's not kept civil, then things will degrade into chaos. And I'm sure no one wants that

good god, I was wondering when random people would show up and not read the dialogue...now it seems the only things people have to say anywhwere in this forum are complaints against this, you censored me, you are fascist, blahblahblah...

That's just the nature of the beast, Kasdeja.
I don't have a problem with people complaining about censorship. It's their opinion, and they have a right to share it even if I don't agree with it. What I do have a problem with is when people cease being civil about it. There really is no cause for that, and will result in locked/deleted/moved posts.

Sometimes I wish people would look into what real censorship is, though. Maybe this is just a little residual annoyance from my very long term at a poetry site, though.

honestly, everything everyone is saying is being completely blown out of the water.
get over it.
the head admins of the entire site have said it strickly to us:
No discussion on said situation. Period
get over it guys. The rule makers stated it clearly. Don't like the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I jsut wanted to add...and I'm going to get hell for saying this...
but Enough is enough. most of us on the forums don't even care anymore. Most of us don't want to hear about it.
Yea we're supportive on either/both sides, but we don't want to discuss it anymore. And thaankfully The Creators have made a temp. rule on. Moderators have to follow it, as do we. We don't respect the rules, you get your threads spilt, delted, "censored."
If you don't follow the rules, you sure can explect that to happen. Rules ahve been made, and have begun to be strictly enforced due to a sever problem with Flame wars earlier on in the history of this forum. The moderators are doing their jobs, like we bitched and whined at them to.
Can't we not at least be happy about that. Like christ! I'm seeing the same people on here supportive of the Flame Wars thread, and the moderator changes, in here bitching about how the moderators are doing their job, and saying they are play foul. Way to contridict yourselves.
We bitched and complained how they weren't doing their job, and now that they are they get hell for it. Lets have a big applause for that. I'm sure you guys are damn proud of it.
